Information you provide

If you email Project Math, the message may include your email address, name, page URL, calculator inputs, and anything else you choose to send. That information is used to respond, fix errors, and improve the site.

Calculator inputs and URLs

Calculator values may be saved in the page URL so you can copy or share an estimate. Anyone with that URL can see the numbers in it. Project Math does not need those numbers to identify you.

Analytics, logs, and hosting data

The hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, requested URLs, error logs, and approximate timestamps to operate, secure, and improve the site.

Advertising cookies

If advertising is added, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Google advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

You can learn more about Google advertising cookies and manage ad personalization through Google's ad settings and privacy tools.

Consent choices

If Project Math serves personalized ads to visitors in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, it should use a Google-certified consent management platform that supports the required consent framework before those ads run.

Affiliate links

Project Math may later earn a commission when readers click clearly disclosed affiliate links and buy products. Affiliate relationships will not change the price you pay.

Your choices

You can avoid sharing calculator URLs, clear cookies in your browser, use browser privacy controls, and email hello@projectmath.online to request deletion of a contact message you previously sent.

Children

Project Math is intended for homeowners and adults planning household projects. It is not directed to children.
